If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from the Catalog.ID Membership Agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason (Section 6.5 of the Membership Agreement). To do so, send the form below, or any other clear statement of your decision to withdraw, by email to [email protected] or by post to the address above, before the 14 days have passed.

Withdrawal ends your membership. If you paid a registration fee, Sections 6.5 and 6.6 of the Membership Agreement state what is refunded; membership on an invitation is free, so nothing is refunded for it.
